Day 1 – SACROPHAN

Check-in at the Village Flaminio and free time at leisure.
In the afternoon, independent departure for Sacrofano, where we will visit a farm with various productions, including the ancient art of oil, with adjoining tasting. We will then visit a small dairy shop, where the renowned cheesemaker Andrea Cillo, 'the Alchemist del latte', will let us taste delicious artisan cheeses of the highest quality, and will give us an unforgettable sensory experience!
For dinner, we will stop in a restaurant with a typical menu based on traditional Sacrofanese dishes.
Return to the village and overnight.

Day 2 | FORMELLO/CAPENA

Breakfast In the morning, independent departure for Formello for a visit to an apiary, where you can observe the work of beekeepers and bees inside one or more hives from the comfort of a specially structured room with large windows. The beekeeper will approach the hive near the window and begin the normal inspection of the hive, as per routine, giving all guests the opportunity, maintaining a high level of safety, to discover this fascinating and particular world. The experience continues with a small tasting of the honey produced in the Formello area. We will then leave for the Agro Veientano museum. Free lunch in a restaurant with typical menu. In the afternoon, we will go to Capena, for a visit to a winery, vineyards and a wine tasting. Before returning, we will stop for dinner in a charming tavern with a menu based on genuine local products. Return to the village and overnight.

Day 3 | ROME

Breakfast and checkout. Independent departure for Rome.
Once we arrive in the capital, we will go on an interesting food tour on foot in the Testaccio and Ostiense districts, the best way to approach food and try the realities of the area, due to the presence of an excellent local market and many trattorias and shops make these districts real reference points of Roman gastronomy. 2 We will taste various samples of local cuisine led by an expert guide, who will tell us about the recipes, local traditions and various Italian products, from mozzarella to wine. Free lunch in a typical Roman trattoria. End of services.
